Detailed Description
Yeast Nitrogen Base is based on the formula designed by Wickerham and recommended for the classification of yeast strains based on their ability to assimilate carbon compounds. The addition of carbon sources allows for its use in susceptibility testing with anti-fungal drugs when defined liquid medium is needed.
