Product Overview
- Uses a proprietary intercalating dye that does not inhibit PCR, unlike other popular fluorescent dyes
- Extremely fast extension rate produces earliest Ct values

- Universally compatible on all real-time PCR cyclers in both standard and fast cycling conditions
- Robust, antibody-mediated hot start taq with only a 2 minute activation step
- Amplification from complex templates including GC-rich sequences and low copy number targets
- Also available as a blue mix (Cat #: 17-505) with non-reactive blue dye for easy visualization during pipetting

Detailed Description
qPCRBIO SyGreen® Mix Hi-ROX combines a proprietary non-inhibiting intercalating dye with the latest advances in polymerase technology and buffer chemistry to give you fast, highly sensitive and reproducible dye-based real-time qPCR.
qPCRBIO SyGreen® Mix Hi-ROX can be used to reliably quantify any DNA template including genomic, cDNA and viral sequences using dye-based qPCR, and is able to detect extremely low copy number targets with the highest efficiency.
