Detailed Description
NZM Broth is a liquid medium used for propagating bacteriophage lambda. Enzymatic Digest of Casein is a source of nitrogenous compounds. NZ-Amine A derives from the enzymatic digestion of casein and provides peptides, amino acids, and water-soluble vitamins. Yeast Extract supplies B-complex vitamins. Sodium Chloride and Magnesium Sulfate provide essential electrolytes for enzymatic reactions (including DNA replication) and maintain the osmotic equilibrium.
