Luria Broth (Miller's) is a liquid medium used for maintaining Escherichia coli in molecular genetic studies. Enzymatic Digest of Casein supplies amino acids and peptides. Yeast Extract is a source of B-complex vitamins and minerals. Sodium Chloride provides essential electrolytes and maintains the osmotic equilibrium.
