Detailed Description
MILLER'S LB AGAR is used for maintaining Escherichia coli in molecular genetic studies. Enzymatic Digest of Casein supplies amino acids and peptides. Yeast Extract is a source of B-complex vitamins and minerals. Sodium Chloride provides essential electrolytes and maintains the osmotic equilibrium. Agar is the gelifying agent.
