Prometheus™ Glutathione Agarose 4 provides a one-step purification method and permits rapid, high capacity purification of Glutathione S-Transferase (GST) tagged fusion proteins directly from bacterial lysates. Proteins are easily displaced from the resin by elution with buffers containing reduced glutathione.
