Detailed Description
Falcon® permeable support cell culture inserts are an essential tool for the study of borth anchorage-dependent and independent cell lines. Falcon® permeable supports produce a cell culture environment that closely resembles an invivo state and allow polarized cells to carry out metabolic activities in a more natural manner than through both apical and basolateral feeding. A variety of pore sizes, membrane types and coatings support a diverse range of experiments. The innovative hanging design facilitates pipetting and allows for co-culture.
