Apex Quick Load DNA Ladders are ready-to-use ladders premixed with loading buffer in a single tube that enable accurate sizing and quantitation of DNA fragments. The mass of DNA in each band in the ladders has been calibrated for easy quantitation. The ready-to-use format reduces handling steps and saves time; simply transfer Quick Load Ladders from the vial to the gel.
Ready to use on agarose gels and suitable with both TBE and TAE electrophoresis systems.
