Protease Inhibitor Cocktail, EDTA-Free Tablets provide broad protection against serine proteases, cysteine proteases, and aminopeptidases during protein extraction from animal, plant, yeast, or bacterial sources. Free of EDTA, these tablets preserve the stability and function of metal-dependent proteins and are compatible with IMAC purification of His-tagged proteins. The formulation includes both reversible and irreversible inhibitors: AEBSF, Aprotinin, E-64, and Leupeptin hemisulfate. Dissolve tablets directly in extraction buffer; one tablet protects 50 mL, or 25 mL for high protease activity.
