For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade. Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust the pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Material is specially granulated to reduce dust and increase solubility rate. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
