ThermalSeal® Ministrips™ are identical to ThermalSeal sealing films (12-168), but designed for sealing only one or two 8-well rows at a time on PCR plates or strip tubes. The are supplied in convenient sheets of four. Each sealing film strip is 19.0 x 97.3 mm, including two removable positioning tabs. The long dimension with tabs removed is 76.2 mm. Each package of 200 contains 50 sheet of four sealing film strips. Certified DNase, RNase and nucleic-acid-free.
ThermalSeal® films are 50µm heat-resistant polypropylene film designed for thermal cycling applications. ThermalSeal® films are not pierceable. For applications where piercing with pipet tips or robotic probes is required for product recovery, see AlumaSeal II™ films. For real-time PCR applications where maximum optical clarity is required, see ThermalSeal RT™ or ThermalSeal RT2RR™.
