Chemically defined (CD) and animal-derived component-free (ADCF) HyClone medium for Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell culture. HyClone HyCell CHO media are developed for Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell culture in bioprocessing applications. These CHO media support regulatory compliance and are chemically defined (CD) and animal-derived component-free (ADCF). HyCell media have been specifically formulated to provide excellent performance, support high peak CHO cell density, and enhance product yield and quality. These chemically defined media can be used for batch, fed-batch, or perfusion applications in multiple cell culture platforms ranging from shake flasks to large-scale bioreactors.
