Detailed Description

The Flystuff® Ultimate Flypad is made of 1/8 in (3 mm) easily replaceable UHMW porous polyethylene paired together with metal casing which helps in reducing static. A precision routed maze along the metal casing assures optimal, consistent diffusion of CO2 throughout the staging area. The Flystuff Ultimate Flypad features 3 input options to best suit your setup. The ‘zero-edge’ rim makes it easy and safe for removal of flies. Made in the USA.

Conductive Black Surface: You’ll never go back! The black Flypad surface is an exclusive from Genesee Scientific and offers several advantages over the traditional white surfaces of Flypads. The conductive porous material helps to reduce static buildup on the Flypad and reduces glare when viewing flies under a microscope. This black surface provides unmatched contrast so viewing your flies is better than ever.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get more replacement pads for my Ultimate Flypad?
Replacement pads are available for purchase in both black (Cat #: 59-199B) and white (Cat #: 59-199).
How do I clean my Flypad?
The porous plastic sheet on a Flypad tends to get clogged over time. The best way to clean this is to use mild soap, warm water and a bristle brush. After cleaning the pad, turn the pads upside down and let air dry.
How much CO2 pressure (psi) can the Flypad handle?
Typically <10 psi is more than sufficient to run the pad, depending on how many pads are being fed CO2. In the case of one pad, the flow rate is typically 5-7 liters/minute which is optimal to keep flies knocked out.
