Detailed Description
Apex Brand Lennox LB Broth is used for propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Dissolve 20 gm in 1 L distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.2. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Store dry at room temperature.
