Vivaspin® Turbo 15 RC centrifugal concentrators enable the fastest sample concentration and highest recoveries to optimize your laboratory ultrafiltration workflows. The device can handle 11 or 15 mL sample volumes in fixed angle or swing bucket rotors accepting 50 mL centrifuge tubes.
The optimized design and sleek internal profile ensure maximum process speeds leading to more than 100-fold concentration. Hydrophillic regenerated cellulose (RC) is suitable for general samples, with ultra-low protein absorbtion and high chemical compatibility. The membrane is especially well suired to oligonucleotides and peptides and has been developed uniquely for lab ultrafiltration applications.
Solvent free heat weld technology allows for a smooth transition between the membrane and plastic housing, providing complete sample recovery.
