Apex DNA Extraction Solution

The non-toxic Apex DNA Extraction Solution is designed to make PCR-ready DNA extraction simple. Mouse tails, ear snips, liver, kidney, lung and plant leaves, as well as saliva, can all be used to extract DNA.

The one-step lysis is broken into two simple heating processes and can be done in either a thermal cycler or a heating block. Without any additional processing such as vortexing, centrifugation, or dilutions, the extracted DNA is ready for PCR. The resulting DNA extract can be stored for up to one week at - 20°C and for longer periods at - 80°C.
