The Yeast Protein Kit is a simple and convenient method for the rapid, thorough lysis of yeast cells. The kit has been optimized for use with S. cerevisiae and C. albicans but can be used for any fungal species that is susceptible to yeast lytic enzyme (Zymolyase) digestion.
