A cardboard disc (1.4 mm thickness) is wetted with the appropriate culture medium before the membrane filter is applied. They are pre-sterilized in plastic magazines, suitable for the corresponding dispenser. Available in two diameters: 47 mm with 3 ml capacity and 50 mm with 3.5 ml capacity.
